Eng. Amir Al-Ibrahimi

Senior Civil & Structural Engineer | Director

Amir holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Structural Engineering, and has worked with a number of UK construction companies as a civil and site engineer.

At Uruk Construction, he plans and manages the programme, sequencing works and coordinating trades and subcontractors.

He supervises on site, carries out quality checks at each stage and resolves technical issues before they are covered up.

Amir also brings landscape experience, including external levels, hard and soft landscaping, paving and drainage, with one aim: the highest standard of work.

Dr Waseem Hiwar

Director | Construction & Property Development

Dr Waseem Hiwar combines a strong academic background in civil engineering with practical experience in construction, property development and project management.

Holding a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds, he brings a technical, analytical and solutions-focused approach to every project.

As Director of URUK, Waseem leads the company’s vision and development, overseeing its commitment to quality construction, efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.

His approach is built on professionalism, transparency and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering lasting value and building trusted relationships with clients.
